A conspiracy theorist named Tyler Glockner recently posted a video about a mysterious object appearing right next to the eye of Hurricane Harvey.
“Look at the massive cloud suddenly appearing. It forms a horseshoe shape, then a bright white spot appears in the middle,” Glockner said. “I find this quite unusual. I’ve never seen anything like it before.”
